About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Operations Representative who is eager to gain experience across Customer Support, Onboarding, Events/Exhibitions and Concierge Service within a fast growing organisation. Your role will be to support the operations team deliver exceptional Customer Service to our internal and external Customers for our VR and haptic experiences. You will help onboard new clients, deliver support to our existing clients and assist the wider team with in-house or external demonstrations. An important part of the role will be to support the delivery of on demand in-person Concierge Service across the UK, Europe and World Wide.

What You Will Do

●      You will work closely with the Customer Operations Manager, Customer Success Managers, Quality Assurance and the rest of the team to ensure a smooth Customer Experience
●      You will help provide quick, personalised and effective customer service to our existing clients via email, phone or video call using a ticketing system to ensure SLAs are met
●      You will help arrange and facilitate Client Onboarding Sessions and create the start of a trusted, professional and long lasting relationship including client retention.
●      You will become confident in your knowledge of our technology, and be able to support demonstrations at live and virtual events
●      You will support international on-demand business travel to facilitate Concierge Service Sessions and live events (demonstration, conference or tradeshow).
●      Flexibility over office location London/other major European location

What We Are Looking For

●      Qualification –  3 years of experience in a technical support/ demonstration role with PC based technology (VR a bonus but not a requirement)
●      Communication – you possess excellent interpersonal and active listening skills and have the ability to clearly communicate and have a strong command of the English language (written and verbal). A further language would be desirable but not essential.
●      Motivated – strives to provide an efficient customer service experience and always puts the customer at the centre of what they do. Have the ability to work calmly under high-stress situations.
●      Working to targets and/or deadlines – working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery and excellence
●      CRM/ticketing system experience – knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and ticketing systems
●      Attention to detail – take care of client’s unspoken needs and provide a personalised and memorable customer experience to win their trust and loyalty
●      Ability and willingness to travel for short periods internationally
